CSA/USA Annual Conference

Jan Pruitt and Roxie Johnson from the San Diego CSA chapter were lucky enough to attend this conference. It took place in Tuscon, Arizona.
There were a wide variety of presentations given from experts in the field that included chefs, dieticians, physicians, and researchers.

Our scrumptious meals were all served in a very large tent outside. The food, of course, was all gluten-free and was included in the registration. Multiple choices for every course of each meal were given, including breads & desserts. |

| Jan, Roxie, Cecile and Bruce Weed. Cecile is one of the leaders of the Orange County CSA group. All attendees from Orange County had custom-made orange t-shirts for the conference. One of the wonderful parts of the conference was meeting and getting to know people from all over the country involved in some way with celiac disease. |
