"Regarding our Gluten free items – it must be noted that the items ARE cooked/prepared on the same grill or work counter as other items on our menu.
The difference for gluten free items within Islands is:
Corn Tortillas used versus whole wheat or flour
Kobb Salad w/o the focaccia
Items:
- Grilled Chicken Tacos w/onion, peppers and corn tortilla
- Grilled Veggie Taco w/corn tortilla
- Cabo Loco w/corn tortillas
- Kobb Salad w/o focaccia
We cannot effectively separate the work areas to completely safeguard against cross-over contamination and we feel it is important for our allergy sensitive guests to be aware."
