The information
given for products are direct quotes from the manufacturers concerning
their gluten-free status. Be aware that products change periodically,
and therefore the GF status of any product may have changed
since the information was provided. You still must read
the label every time you purchase a product. Get
to know which ingredients are not okay, and which
ones you need to question.
The date the information was obtained
is always noted. Contact information is also usually given so
that you may contact the manufacturer
for the most current information available.
Manufacturers that always declare gluten:
Some manufacturer's have a labeling policy that they will
always label gluten (as wheat, barley, rye, oats) on their
ingredient labels. This enables the consumer to be able to determine if a product is gluten-free by simply reading
