Macaroni Grill provides a gluten-free menu on their website, as well as at each restaurant (upon request). You must choose the location of the restaurant where you will be dining, then select "menu". Then go to the bottom of the menu page and click on "Allergen Information". Then select the "Wheat and Gluten Free" option.

The manager at the Escondido location indicated that there are several more menu items not on the "Wheat and Gluten Free" menu that can be modified to be gluten-free. You would need to speak to your server or the manager about these.
